The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. the location was perfect, close to a lovely pond and scenic bike trail. Free bicycles were provided, which was a nice bonus.

The breakfast options were limited. the transportation to and from the hotel was infrequent and it would have been great if the hotel offered some sort of organized trips or activities in the surrounding village.

Gorgeous lake and castle nearby, clean single room, brand new facilities, nice atmosphere in the restaurant, great service and English-speaking staff, friendly owner's son.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. They even offered to pick me up from the train station and dropped me back off when I checked out. The location of the hotel was perfect for me as it was close to the beautiful lake and castle. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the room was simple yet elegant. The delicious food at the hotel restaurant made my stay even better, and the staff there were very friendly and spoke perfect English. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this city.

Nothing that I didn't like.

We love how close our accommodation is to the beautiful pond and Kellergasse. the staff are also very professional and friendly, and the room is exceptionally clean. the prices in the restaurant are very affordable, too.

The bathroom is a bit outdated and could use some renovations.

Great food and excellent service! We loved how the restaurant was always bustling with friendly locals who were more than happy to chat with us. The location was also perfect for exploring the beautiful countryside and picturesque lakes in the surrounding area. It was great to have access to bikes as well, which made sightseeing really easy and enjoyable.

We found the rooms to be quite noisy. We could hear the sound of exhaust fans in the bathrooms of the neighbouring rooms, which often woke us up during the night.
